This Refund and Return Policy applies to future digital and physical products sold on the Dries Braun website.
1. Custom Work
No refunds are available for custom CGI photography or 3D object creation once work has commenced, due to the bespoke nature of these projects.
2. Digital Goods
Digital products are non-refundable once they have been downloaded.
3. Physical Goods
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Dries Braun.
