Dries Braun offers CGI photography and object creation services. This website also serves as a platform for the future sale of both digital and physical goods.
2. Payments
For custom projects, a 25% deposit is required upfront, excluding any applicable buyout fees. The remaining 75% is due upon delivery of the final product. Payment for future digital or physical goods will be made at checkout.
3. Delivery
- Digital Goods: Digital files will be available for direct download after payment.
- Physical Goods: Physical products will be shipped by Dries Braun or through a third-party shipping provider. Customers will receive shipping notifications when their products are dispatched.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a buyout agreement, all content, including CGI work and 3D objects, remains the intellectual property of Dries Braun. Clients are granted limited rights to use the materials as outlined in individual project agreements. Various buyout packs are available for clients who wish to acquire broader usage rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dries Braun is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this website or its content. While efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and quality of the services and products, no guarantee is made regarding their performance or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services provided will be governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
